Who we are
Streta phones the businesses on a client's list and asks two or three plain questions, the kind a customer would ask: whether you have a waiting area, when you're least busy. Nothing is sold to you, on the call or after it. The voice on the call is an AI, and it says so if you ask. We never name the client. What you tell us goes to that one client and to nobody else.
If you got an email from us
It came from an address on a domain we use only for email, and that domain forwards here. The question in it was the whole message. Reply with the answer, or don't. Either is fine, and we won't follow up more than once.
If you want nothing more from us
Reply stop to the email, say so on the call, or text or call (512) 729 9098. We close your number the moment we hear it, on every channel, and we keep that record for at least five years. The written policy is at streta.ai/do-not-call.
